UTEP Men’s Golf in Top 10 after 36 Rounds at the Island Resort Intercollegiate Sunday

RESULTS: TEAM | INDIVIDUAL | PAIRINGS DAY TWO

BARK RIVER, Mich. – UTEP men's golf is ninth after two rounds of action on day one at the Island Resort Intercollegiate hosted by South Dakota State at Sage Run Golf Course (7,375 yards | par 72) on Sunday afternoon. 
 
The Miners shot 13-under par 563 (281-282). West Virginia leads after firing 40-under par 536 (266-270), Purdue is second after a 35-under par 541 (277-264), and St. Mary's (CA) rounds out the top three at 25-under par 551 (280-271). 
 
Dylan Teeter is the top Miner and tied for 12th overall after penciling in a 6-under par 138 (67-71) after 36 holes. Teeter tallied nine birdies and three bogeys on the day. Teeter was tied for third after round one. 
 
Patrick Foley is tied for 20th with a 4-under par 140 (70-70). Foley recorded eight birdies and four bogeys. 
 
Alexandre Godin (1-under par 143) is tied for 40th. Godin dropped 35 spots after shooting 3-over par 75 in round two. 
 
Braden Smith (2-over par 146) is tied for 62nd. Smith moved up 13 spots after tallying a 2-under par 70 in round two. 
 
Mark Keller (3-over par 147) is tied for 68th. Keller moved up seven spots after a 1-under par 71 in round two. 
 
The tournament will conclude with round-three action on Monday (Labor Day), starting at 7:30 a.m. ET/5:30 MT.
