UTEP Men’s Golf Set to Compete at the Mark Simpson Monday & Tuesday

EL PASO, Texas – The UTEP men's golf team will tee off at the 12^th Annual Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational hosted by the University of Colorado on Monday and Tuesday at Boulder Country Club (par 70 | 7,110 yards).

Monday's 36 holes will begin with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. MT. Tuesday's final round (18 holes) starts with staggered tee times off holes no. 1 and 10 beginning at 8:00 a.m. MT running through 9:50.

The Miners will compete against host no. 59 Colorado, no. 100 Arkansas State, Boise State, Denver, no. 89 Grand Canyon, no. 68 Louisiana-Monroe, no. 87 Nevada, Northern Colorado, Rice, Southern Utah, UMKC, Utah State, Utah Valley, no. 17 Washington State and Wyoming.

Competing for the Miners are Kristjan Burkelca (77.0), Greg Holmes (75.0), Marcus Khaw (73.2), Jacob Presutti (74.8), and Max Schliesing (75.5).
