"We're excited to head to Murfreesboro, Tennessee for the Conference USA Outdoor Championships. This is the point in the season that we've been preparing for all year, and I'm proud of the progress our team has made leading into this championship meet," first-year head coach Francesca Green said. "Our athletes have continued to compete, grow, and respond to challenges throughout the outdoor season, and now it's about going out and trusting the work we've put in. Conference championships are always about execution, toughness, and competing for three straight days at a high level. We've seen a lot of growth from this group over the course of the year, and I'm excited to see our athletes rise to the moment and compete with confidence on the championship stage. This group has continued to embody what it means to be Miner Built, and we're looking forward to competing with that mindset this week. We're also excited for the opportunity to continue improving our marks and position more athletes to qualify for the first round of the NCAA Championships."
